Getting Veterans the Benefits They Deserve
Turner Law proudly supports our military and the valiant servicemen and servicewomen who protect our country. To honor their service, we have developed a special area of practice devoted to veteran’s benefits planning. Through these specialized estate planning services, our goal is to help veterans obtain all of the governmental benefits to which they may be entitled.
All veterans are eligible for a variety of burial and memorial benefits for themselves and their spouses. Although the burial benefit will not cover the cost of a traditional funeral, with careful estate planning, veterans can make the most of the benefits they do receive.
Furthermore, veterans with service connected disabilities are eligible for special benefits, including not only disability compensation but also potential health care benefits. When veterans work after leaving service, they may not see the need to apply for and rely on these benefits. Upon retirement, available benefits may become more important for both the veteran and their current or former spouses.
Fully VA accredited, Robert Turner of Turner Law has assisted many veterans successfully obtain benefits that they did not take advantage of earlier in their lives. We also help veterans get approval for a special benefit called Aid and Attendance, for which veterans may be eligible even if they were not deemed disabled at the time of discharge. To explore how we can assist you with that program, visit our Aid and Attendance page.
